You never know what you may run into when doing something like this. Most head will not come with intake manifold too.
OEM B16a pistons are about 50 each. I went through once and ever since I have made people sign a wavier saying that I am not responsible for engine failure due to oil starvation or rod failure if they choose not listen to my recommended build.

Imagine two Capetonians chatting on StackExchange. BUt I'd rather have a whole engine installed than having to modify the current one. Plus you could sell the old engine to recover some of the costs.
